Like a good drum practice pad, hopefully this blog will be a pad resilient enough to absorb most noise and taut enough to be responsive and lively. Self awareness comes like the Tabernacle God gave Moses: from the outside in and from the inside out. As educators we continue learn both ways and operate out of the center.
